The Administration team at T’Sou-ke Nation is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations that are necessary to run the nation in an effective and efficient manner, while helping to deliver programs and services to T’Sou-ke community members. This small but mighty team is comprised of staff responsible for status registry, education, housing, social development, communications, finance, and administrative support under the direction of the Band Administrator.
Reporting to Chief and Council, the Band Administrator implements policies, accesses funding opportunities, and strengthens partnerships that support the well-being and self-determination of our Nation. The Administrator provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all programs and departments, including finance, health, education, housing, infrastructure, and economic development, and is responsible for developing governance tools, preparing reports for leadership and funders, and ensuring the Nation’s business and operations are conducted with integrity and transparency. Day-to-day, the Administrator supervises staff and department managers, ensuring compliance with policy and ethical standards, and maintaining open communication with both community members and external agencies.
